Chef Christopher Short’s culinary career spans over 25 years. Chris’ last 13 years have been spent at top positions with Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. Chris achieved the level of Executive Chef of the entire Crescent Court Hotel then moved to The Mansion on Turtle Creek where he was Executive Chef of Private Dining.
